Lady Warriors C A R E

The lady warriors teamed up with Small World Child Development Center for "FUN TIME" in an effort to give back to the community. This was really a great thing for both the children and the players, not only are they student-athletes but they're role models as well so its important to set a good example. We look forward to more interaction activities with Small World Child Development Center.

Wabash Signs DI Transfer
May 5, 2009

Lady Warriors sign DI transfer from Oakland University (MI) Kira Carter. What impressed me most about Kira was her leadership from the time she hit the floor in tryouts she was outspoken and appeared as if she was no stranger. Basketball wise she's very athletic, strong body, can shoot the 3pt shot, and appears to be a really good finisher. I am looking forward to having her on the team next season.

Wabash signs Vincennes Lincoln High School senior Tara Nidey. Tara will bring fundamental and athleticism to the Lady Warriors team. It's very rare that you find a player with both skills at this level. Nidey will also bring a rebounding presence which will be needed due to the lost of our number one rebounder sophomore Tasia Smith.
